Preparation method
Slice the beef thinly. Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a large bowl, mix the meat, garlic, Chinese spice blend, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or while you prepare the other ingredients).
In a glass or small bowl, mix the soy sauce, vinegar, cane sugar, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the meat and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the broccoli florets and continue to sauté together for another 3-4 minutes over high heat.
