Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat with fan). Place a small bowl of water at the bottom of the oven to create steam, which will make the muffins even juicier.
Blend the cooked beetroot with the eggs and oil. Then add the sugar and kefir, and mix thoroughly.
Sift the flour and cocoa powder into a large bowl, then add the salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
Chef's tip
It is important that all ingredients are at room temperature, so take them out of the refrigerator at least an hour before baking.
