Preparation method
Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, and purée them with an immersion blender. You can also use store-bought, unsweetened apple purée (200 g).
Pour the oat flakes into a bowl, add the coarsely chopped pecans, flax seeds, chicory syrup, and about one tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Mix thoroughly with the apple purée.
Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 25-30 minutes. Stir a few times during baking so that the granola browns evenly and doesn't clump together into too large pieces.
Chef's tip
Serve with plain yogurt, kefir, or cottage cheese for a perfect breakfast.
