Preparation method
Roughly chop the hazelnuts and almonds, then mix them in a bowl with the rolled oats, gingerbread spice mix, and a pinch of salt.
Mix the coconut oil and honey (if the coconut oil is solid, gently warm it up). Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly – it's best to do this by hand.
When the mixture starts to come together and become sticky, spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 170°C for about 15 minutes. Stir it at least once during baking to ensure even browning.
Chef's tip
Serve with Greek yogurt and fresh pomegranate seeds for a truly festive mood!
