Klasszikus őszi vásári édesség gourmet köntösben: ropogós friss almák lágy, tejszínes vajkaramellbe mártva, pirított mogyoróval, vajas kekszmorzsával és liofilizált málnával bundázva, olvasztott étcsokoládéval díszítve.

Preparation method
Preparing the apples and toppings
Wash the apples thoroughly with hot water to remove the wax coating from the skin (this helps the caramel stick perfectly), then wipe them completely dry.
Pull out the stems and insert a thick wooden stick deeply into each apple in their place. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the toppings in small bowls: chop the unsalted roasted peanuts, crush the butter biscuits into coarse crumbs, and finely chop the freeze-dried raspberries.
Chef's tip
Washing with hot water and drying thoroughly is key: the caramel layer can slide off wet or waxy skin.
Work quickly when dipping: press the dry toppings into the caramel while it is still warm and pliable, because the peanut or biscuit pieces will not stick once it cools.
