Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
Drain the soaked dates and place them in a tall-sided container. Pour in the rapeseed oil and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Then transfer the date paste to a medium bowl, add the oat flakes and sunflower seeds, and mix thoroughly.
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking tray and bake until golden brown for 25–30 minutes at 180–185 °C. During baking, turn the granola after 10 and 20 minutes. In the last 5–10 minutes, monitor it and turn again if necessary. After removing, let it cool for at least 20 minutes.
Chef's tip
Stored in an airtight container, the granola will remain crispy for weeks.
