Preparation method
Cooking the pudding: Mix the vanilla pudding powder with milk and sugar, then cook until thick according to the package instructions. Let it cool to lukewarm.
Preparing the crumble: Crush the biscuits coarsely, mix with cinnamon, and toast in a pan with butter for 2–3 minutes, until fragrant and slightly crispy.
Layering: Layer into glasses: crumble at the bottom, then a portion of pudding, followed by the diced quince. Repeat until the ingredients run out. Top with crumble.
