Preparation method

Peel the rambutan and remove the seed. Use only the juicy, white fruit flesh.

Cut the pineapple into smaller cubes.

Place the fruits in a blender. Pour in the coconut milk and coconut water, then blend until completely smooth and creamy. Serve immediately!
Chef's tip
For an even more refreshing result, use chilled coconut water or add a few ice cubes before blending.
