Ingredients
- 40 ml Jim Beam Bourbon whiskey
- 160 ml soda water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 handful ice cubes
Instructions
- 1Fill a tall glass (highball glass) generously with ice cubes.
- 2Pour 40 ml of Jim Beam bourbon whiskey over the ice, then add the fresh lemon juice.
- 3Top up the cocktail with 160 ml of cold soda water, then gently stir with a bar spoon to combine the flavors while preserving the carbonation. Garnish with a lemon slice!
Tip
Use large, solid ice cubes so that the drink dilutes more slowly.
