Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a small baking tray with baking paper.

Cut the kifli into cubes and spread them on the baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, mix, then bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the kifli cubes are golden brown.

Meanwhile, grease a deep baking dish (approx. 20x10 cm) with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cut the ham into strips and finely chop the parsley.
