Preparation method
Brew a strong coffee, sweeten it with chicory syrup, then let it cool.
Prepare a suitable dish – for one serving, you can use a wider glass, and for multiple servings, a Pyrex dish.
Dip the biscuit into the coffee for about 2 seconds, then place it at the bottom of the dish. Layer sliced banana on top, and spread with cottage cheese. Continue layering with the next soaked biscuit, banana, and cottage cheese until you reach the desired number of layers (three layers in this recipe).
Chef's tip
You can mix the cottage cheese with a little natural yogurt if you want a creamier consistency.
