Preparing the Pulled Beef

Wash the beef, pat it dry, then thoroughly rub all sides with the taco seasoning mix.

You can cook the meat on a grill over indirect heat (at 110-130°C) for 5-6 hours, or in an oven, covered, at a low temperature until the meat is completely tender and easily separates into its fibers. The internal temperature should reach 93°C.

During cooking, occasionally baste the beef with beef broth to keep the meat juicy.

Chef's tip

If you want even juicier meat, mix the pulled meat with the leftover juices from cooking.
