- 300 g frozen forest fruit mix
- 50 ml milk (1.5%)
- 4 large strawberries (approx. 80 g)
- 2 tablespoons oat flakes
- 30 g fresh blueberries
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
Preparation
- 1Peel the banana, cut it into smaller pieces, and place it in the blender. Add the frozen forest fruits and milk, then blend until creamy and smooth.
- 2Divide the blended mixture into two bowls. Slice the strawberries thinly, then garnish both portions with strawberry slices, oat flakes, fresh blueberries, and chia seeds.
- 3Serve the prepared smoothie bowls immediately to maintain their freshness and cool consistency.
Tip
If you prefer it sweeter, add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup when blending.
