Ingredients
- 250 g fusilli pasta
- 200 g canned tuna in oil
- 2 pcs tomatoes
- 1 pc cucumber
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 handful pitted green olives
- fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Steps
- 1Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain, but do not rinse with cold water. While the pasta is cooking, cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2For the dressing, use the oil drained from the tuna. In a small pan, heat the oil over low heat and add the thinly sliced garlic until fragrant.
- 3In a large bowl, combine the still warm pasta, the garlic dressing, the chopped vegetables, and the flaked tuna. Season with salt to taste, then add the olives and fresh herbs. Mix thoroughly before serving.
