Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot. Wash the broccoli and separate it into small florets. Once the water boils, add the broccoli, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for 6-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat one tablespoon of rapeseed oil in a pan. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, then place them in the hot pan. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and juicy.
Drain the cooked broccoli and immediately cool it with cold water to preserve its vibrant green color.
