INGREDIENTS
- 4 pcs wheat tortillas
- 1 can tomato beans
- 150 g cheddar
- 1 avocado
- A handful of coriander
- 2 handfuls of tortilla chips
PREPARATION
- 1Grate the cheddar, dice the avocado, and break the tortilla chips into smaller pieces.
- 2Place the tortilla on a cutting board, cut from the center to the edge, as if quartering it.
- 3Mentally divide the tortilla into four parts (half it, then half it again). Each quarter will receive a different ingredient.
- 4The first quarter gets the cheddar, the next the tomato beans, then the crushed chips, and finally the diced avocado with a little coriander.
- 5You can start folding. First, fold the cheddar part over the bean part, then that over the next part, and repeat once more.
- 6Cook both sides of the folded tortilla until crispy in a pan, contact grill, or toaster.
