  • 4 pcs wheat tortillas
  • 1 can tomato beans
  • 150 g cheddar
  • 1 avocado
  • A handful of coriander
  • 2 handfuls of tortilla chips

PREPARATION

    Grate the cheddar, dice the avocado, and break the tortilla chips into smaller pieces.

    Place the tortilla on a cutting board, cut from the center to the edge, as if quartering it.

    Mentally divide the tortilla into four parts (half it, then half it again). Each quarter will receive a different ingredient.

    The first quarter gets the cheddar, the next the tomato beans, then the crushed chips, and finally the diced avocado with a little coriander.

    You can start folding. First, fold the cheddar part over the bean part, then that over the next part, and repeat once more.

    Cook both sides of the folded tortilla until crispy in a pan, contact grill, or toaster.
