- 1 sachet Patak's Butter Chicken Indian Sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 250 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 handful fresh coriander for garnish
- 50 ml whipping cream 33%

- 2 pcs naan bread

Cut the 250 g chicken breast fillet into cubes, then fry until golden brown in a pan with 1 tablespoon of heated oil.

Pour in the butter chicken sauce and continue to cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes until the meat is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander and a little cream. Serve with steamed rice and warm naan bread.
Chef's tip
If you want an even creamier result, stir in a small cube of butter into the sauce at the end of cooking.
