
Baked Zucchini Stuffed with Minced Meat

Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C. Line a baking tray (approx. 30x40 cm) with baking paper.
Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out their pulp with a spoon. Chop the scooped-out pulp into small pieces and set aside. Lightly salt the hollowed-out zucchini boats and also set them aside.
In a large bowl, mix the minced turkey, chopped zucchini pulp, crushed garlic, tomato paste, egg, basil, 30 g grated Parmesan, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Work the mixture thoroughly.
Chef's tip
