PREPARING THE BURGER
Slice the spring onion, and finely grate or press the garlic through a garlic press.
Thoroughly mix the minced meat with the spring onion, garlic, grated ginger, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, pepper, and salt. Form 4 patties, approximately 12-15 cm long. Place them on a hot grill and cook both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, ensuring the meat remains juicy.
Cut the baguettes in half lengthwise and toast them on the grill, cut-side down. Pile some salad onto the bottom half of the baguettes, place the meat patty on top, sprinkle with fresh coriander, then cover with the top half of the baguette.
