Preparation method
In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the ingredients for the spice blend, then set aside.
Peel and finely chop the red onion. Wash, deseed, and cut the bell peppers into strips. Dice the chicken thigh fillets into smaller pieces, season with salt, and sprinkle with the prepared Creole spice blend.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the bell pepper strips and fry for another 2 minutes. Then, remove the vegetables to a plate, and in the remaining fat (add more oil if necessary), cook the seasoned chicken until done.
