Grate the Gouda cheese finely. Peel and finely chop the red onion. Thaw the frozen spinach and thoroughly squeeze out any excess water.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Prepare a pie dish approximately 25 cm in diameter and line it with baking paper.
Assembly and Baking
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of approximately 2-3 mm. Place the pastry into the dish so that its sides reach at least 2 cm high, and the corners hang over the edge.
Chef's tip
