- 1 sachet Marks & Spencer creamy curry sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 250 g sea fish fillet or shrimp
- 1 handful fresh coriander for garnish
- 100 ml coconut milk or coconut cream
Cut 250 g fish fillet or shrimp into bite-sized pieces, then fry until golden brown in a pan with 1 tablespoon of heated oil.
Pour in the curry sauce and continue to cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until the fish is fully cooked through and the sauce thickens.
When serving, drizzle with fresh coconut milk or coconut cream, and sprinkle generously with fresh, chopped coriander. Serve with steamed basmati rice.
Chef's tip
If you like it extra spicy, add a few slices of fresh chili when serving!
