Preparation method
Pour water over the dates and let them stand for 1 hour. Then remove the pits, place them in a food processor and puree. Add the cream and 3 tablespoons of water, then blend briefly until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into smaller cubes. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, mix, then spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
Break the biscuits into small pieces. For the cream, mix together the cottage cheese, yogurt, ricotta, and vanilla extract.
Chef's tip
It is worth toasting the hazelnuts in a dry pan before use to enhance their flavor.
