Preparation of the Fondant
Preheat the oven to 195 °C.
Grease the baking molds with butter and sprinkle with a little sugar.
Melt the butter with the dark chocolate over a bain-marie. Stir until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
Chef's tip
For preparation, you will need 5 baking molds, approximately 8 cm in diameter and 4.5 cm high.
If using silicone molds, greasing and sugaring are not necessary.
The better the quality of chocolate you use, the more delicious the dessert will be.
