Instructions
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel if necessary. Leave smaller ones whole, quarter larger ones. Boil in salted water for approx. 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the green beans: wash them, trim the ends, and cut the pods in half. After 10 minutes, add them to the potatoes and cook together for another 8 minutes. When done, drain and rinse with cold water.
Boil the eggs hard in a separate pot, then peel and quarter them.
Chef's tip
The salad can also be served with lukewarm potatoes, so the flavors blend even better with the dressing.
