Meanwhile, prepare the dressing: in a small bowl, thoroughly mix the honey, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, and hot water until you get a smooth sauce.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and rinse with cold water to cool.

Add the croutons to the salad just before serving to maintain their crispiness.
