Preparation method
Rinse the red beans thoroughly with cold water, then drain them. Place them in a bowl with the olive oil and blend until completely smooth with an immersion blender.
Add the remaining batter ingredients: eggs, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and chicory syrup. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
Line a baking tray of approx. 28x20 cm with baking paper, then pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for approximately 20 minutes. (If you use a different size pan, the baking time may vary).
