Preparation method
In a bowl, mix the shredded coconut, honey, and coconut milk until a uniform mixture is formed.
Place the bowl in the freezer for about 20 minutes so that the mixture hardens sufficiently and can be shaped.
While the mixture is chilling, break the dark chocolate into small pieces, then melt it over a double boiler. To do this, boil water in a larger pot, then place a smaller heatproof bowl with the chocolate on top (make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water), and melt until smooth, stirring constantly.
Chef's tip
If you want an even creamier result, use high-fat coconut milk and only add the thicker part to the mixture.
