Ingredients
- 160 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 120 g banana (approx. 1 larger piece)
- 100 g sour cream
Equipment
- Ice cream mold

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, let the ice cream thaw slightly at room temperature, or hold the mold under lukewarm running water for a short time – this way the ice cream will easily come out of the mold.
Chef's tip
If you prefer it sweeter, you can add a little honey or maple syrup.
