Preparation of the batter
Heat the butter with 90 ml of water in a small saucepan until the butter melts. Add the cocoa powder and stir until smooth.
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl, then mix in the shredded coconut.
Beat the egg with sugar until stiff. Reduce the speed and alternately add the flour mixture, cocoa mixture, and yogurt. Pour the batter into a smaller baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool completely.
Chef's tip
Use a taller-sided pot for melting the chocolate so that you can more easily dip the lollipops.
