Preparation and making the dough
Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Prepare a baking dish of approx. 30 cm x 25 cm and line it with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the milk, room temperature butter, sugar, yeast, and a pinch of salt. Knead into a smooth dough by hand or with a stand mixer (on medium speed) for approx. 5-10 minutes.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle of approx. 30 cm x 40 cm.
Chef's tip
Before serving, drizzle with a little honey or sprinkle with powdered sugar for an even sweeter experience.
