Ingredients
- 4 pcs apple
- 20 g sugar
- 2 g baking powder
- 5 g cinnamon
- 200 ml milk
- 50 ml cooking oil
- 200 g flour
- 3 g salt
- 1 pc egg
Steps
- 1Heat enough oil in a deep pan to cover the apple slices.
- 2In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients, and in another, the wet ingredients. Then combine them to get a pancake batter-like mixture.
- 3Peel the apples and slice them thinly, then cut out the core from the center of the slices.
- 4Dip the slices into the pancake batter, then fry them in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
- 5Place the slices on paper towels to drain the oil, then toss them in cinnamon sugar.
