Ingredients

  • 4 pcs apple
  • 20 g sugar
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 5 g cinnamon
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 ml cooking oil
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 g salt
  • 1 pc egg

Steps

    Heat enough oil in a deep pan to cover the apple slices.

    In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients, and in another, the wet ingredients. Then combine them to get a pancake batter-like mixture.

    Peel the apples and slice them thinly, then cut out the core from the center of the slices.

    Dip the slices into the pancake batter, then fry them in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown.

    Place the slices on paper towels to drain the oil, then toss them in cinnamon sugar.
