INGREDIENTS

  • 220 g butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 220 g granulated sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 cl Baileys Original cream liqueur

  • Raspberries
  • A few drops of Baileys Original

PREPARATION

    Melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler until smooth, then set aside to cool. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with sugar until frothy, then pour in the prepared chocolate mixture. Add the measured Baileys and mix until a uniform cream is formed.

    Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix until lump-free.

    Pour the prepared chocolate mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.

    Let it cool in the tray, then cut into equal squares. For serving, pour a little Baileys on top of each square and sprinkle with a few raspberries.
