- 200 g ripe tomatoes
- 1 pc buffalo mozzarella
- 10 pcs basil leaves
- 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 1 g salt
Steps
- 1Slice the tomatoes.
- 2Slice the buffalo mozzarella or tear it into smaller pieces.
- 3Arrange the tomato slices and buffalo mozzarella alternately on a plate, then add the basil leaves.
