Preparation method
First, prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice. Peel and crush the garlic, then add it to the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Place the tortillas on a work surface. Spread one-third of the cream cheese filling evenly over the entire surface of each tortilla. Lay the turkey breast ham slices in the middle of the tortillas, then sprinkle with baby spinach. Make sure to leave 1-2 cm free on one edge of the tortilla, where only the cream cheese is – this will help make the rolls easier to roll up.
Tightly roll up the tortillas towards the free edge. If necessary, secure with a toothpick.
