INGREDIENTS FOR THE FRITTERS
- 180 g carrot
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 2 pcs egg
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig thyme
- cooking oil for frying

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE
- 150 g semi-fat cottage cheese
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- 1Prepare the vegetables: peel the carrots and grate them finely. Place them in a bowl.
- 2Mix the batter: add the finely chopped spring onion, crushed garlic clove, thyme leaves, eggs, and flour to the grated carrots.
- 3Seasoning: salt and pepper, then mix everything until you get a compact, sticky batter!
- 4Frying: heat enough oil in a pan. Once hot, place the fritters formed from the batter into it.
- 5Fry both sides until golden brown and fully cooked. Then, place them on a plate lined with paper towels, which will absorb the excess oil.
- 6Finally, prepare the sauce: mix the cottage cheese with the crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley. Salt it and give it another stir!
- 7Serve the fritters immediately with the creamy, garlicky cottage cheese dip. Enjoy!
