
Shrimp Cocktail with Tomato and Cress

Ingredients overview
- 300 g cooked cocktail shrimp
- 120 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cress
- 2 tablespoons spring onion
- 30 ml cognac
- 3 g granulated sugar
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- 1 piece lemon
- 1 pinch salt
Cut the cherry tomatoes into sixths and gently press them with a spoon in a bowl to release their juice.
Add the rest of the ingredients: cooked cocktail shrimp, mayonnaise, finely chopped spring onion, cognac, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and chopped basil.
Mix everything thoroughly, then refrigerate before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the cocktail to chill properly. Garnish with fresh cress when serving.
