Ingredients

  • 200 g canned chickpeas
  • 4 g tahini
  • 5 g garlic
  • 35 g lemon juice
  • 1 g ground cumin
  • 1 g sweet paprika
  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 g salt
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper

Steps

    Drain the chickpeas and transfer them to a blender. Add the lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, and tahini, then blend until smooth. Gradually add 3 tablespoons of olive oil while blending. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Transfer the hummus to a bowl or plate and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.

    You can stir in an extra spoonful of tahini. Serve with tortilla chips or grissini.
