Ingredients
- 200 g canned chickpeas
- 4 g tahini
- 5 g garlic
- 35 g lemon juice
- 1 g ground cumin
- 1 g sweet paprika
- 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 g salt
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
Steps
- 1Drain the chickpeas and transfer them to a blender. Add the lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, and tahini, then blend until smooth. Gradually add 3 tablespoons of olive oil while blending. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2Transfer the hummus to a bowl or plate and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
- 3You can stir in an extra spoonful of tahini. Serve with tortilla chips or grissini.
