- ½ pc red onion
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar
- 50 ml water
- ¼ pc ripe avocado
- 100 g rye bread
- 50 g canned tuna in its own juice
- 1 handful fresh coriander
- 1 pc jalapeño pepper
- 5 g sesame seeds
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Preparation
Slice the red onion thinly and place it in a bowl. In a small saucepan, bring the apple cider vinegar and water to a boil. Once boiled, pour it over the onion and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Assembly
Mash the avocado with a fork, then season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the fresh coriander and mix it into the avocado. Slice the jalapeño pepper thinly.
Spread the avocado cream onto the rye bread slices. Top with the drained tuna, pickled onion (to taste), and jalapeño slices. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
