In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (flour, ground hazelnuts, powdered sugar, milk, oil, eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon) into a smooth batter.

Grease the Bundt cake mold thoroughly with butter and sprinkle with a little flour to prevent the cake from sticking.

Pour the batter into the prepared mold.
