  • 1 pc puff pastry
  • 5 tbsp curd cheese
  • 51 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 pc egg
  • 200 g frozen forest fruits

    In a bowl, mix the curd cheese, 50 g powdered sugar, pudding powder, and egg until you get a creamy consistency.

    Unroll the puff pastry and spread the curd cheese mixture evenly over it.

    Sprinkle with frozen forest fruits, then roll it up tightly like a scroll.

    Cut the roll lengthwise in half, leaving about 10 cm intact at one end.

    Braid the two strands, then carefully place the braid on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Bake at 200 °C for about 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 190 °C and bake for another 35-45 minutes until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle with the remaining powdered sugar.
