
Homemade Fruit Punch

Preparation method
Boil 700 ml of water in a large pot. Once the water boils, remove it from the heat, add 6 rosehip tea bags, the cinnamon stick, and the peeled, sliced fresh ginger. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the fruits: wash the apple and cut it into cubes, peel and slice the orange, and thoroughly wash and slice the lemon. Squeeze the orange and lemon juice if you are not using ready-made juice.
After 10 minutes, remove the tea bags. Add 30 g of honey to the warm tea, then pour in the prepared orange and lemon juice, and finally add the chopped fruit pieces.
Chef's tip
You can make the punch even more special with a little clove or star anise. If preparing for adults, you can also add a splash of rum before serving.
