Ingredients
- 20 g tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 3 g fresh basil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 small zucchinis (approx. 300 g)
- 200 g turkey ham (min. 90% meat content)
- 200 g mozzarella cheese (coarsely grated)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
- 2Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise, then place them on the prepared baking tray.
- 3Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 170–180 °C.
- 4Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the tomato paste with the crushed garlic and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5Remove the zucchinis from the oven, spread them with the tomato mixture, lay the ham slices on top, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
- 6Return to the oven for another 20 minutes. Before serving, garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
Tip
If you want to make it more filling, serve with brown rice or a fresh salad.
