Preparation method
Mix the minced meat with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (the remaining 3 tablespoons will be used for the sauce). Lightly salt it, mix thoroughly, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic, ginger, and chili pepper. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
Heat the oil in a wok or deep pan, add the chopped vegetables (except for the green part of the spring onion), and sauté briefly. Once the vegetables get some color, add the meat and cook until done. While cooking, try to break the meat into smaller pieces with a flat wooden spoon.
