Ezek a kívül ropogós, belül krémes burgonyakrokettek a cheddar sajttól válnak igazán különlegessé. A szezámmagos kéreg nemcsak látványos, de extra textúrát is ad az ételnek. Tökéletes vendégváró falatka vagy különleges köret, amit egy frissítő, lime-os mártogató tesz teljessé. Gyorsan elkészül, és garantáltan mindenki imádni fogja!

Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and cook them in salted boiling water until soft (approx. 15 minutes). Then drain them and mash or blend until smooth. Use half of the salt for the cooking water.
Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl, add the grated cheddar cheese and panko breadcrumbs. (The amount of breadcrumbs may vary depending on the type of potato – the goal is a well-formable, non-crumbling dough). Knead by hand until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Form the dough into balls about 2–2.5 cm in diameter. Roll each ball in sesame seeds, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chef's tip
The croquettes can be served as a classic side dish with roasts, or as a standalone snack with the lime sour cream dip.
