Preparation method
First, prepare the dough: In a bowl, combine the yeast, 150 ml lukewarm milk, and sugar, then let the yeast activate (5–10 minutes). After that, add the flour, oregano, 5 g salt, and oil. Knead the dough until it comes together and is smooth (you can use a stand mixer). Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out each part into a rectangle and cut it into 3 triangles. Spread ketchup on the triangles, add cheese and ham, then roll them up starting from their wider side. Place the croissants on the baking tray with their tips facing down so they don't unravel during baking. Repeat with the remaining dough.
