Thoroughly wash the kale leaves, then remove the tough stems. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. It is important that the leaves are completely dry before baking for maximum crispiness.

Toss the dry kale leaves in the seasoned oil, ensuring they are fully coated, then spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so they don't overlap. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
