Preparation method
In the bowl of a food processor, combine 350 ml cold water, the flour, oil, and crumbled yeast. Knead on low speed for 3 minutes, then on high speed for another 3 minutes.
Add the salt and continue kneading on high speed for 2 minutes. Finally, sprinkle in the chopped rosemary and mix for another 1 minute.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 30–45 minutes until doubled in size.

The grissini are perfect when they make a crisp sound when broken in half.
