
Tofu stir-fry with broccoli and jasmine rice

Preparation method
Cut the tofu into cubes. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, 10 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, the chopped ginger, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, the lime juice and the brown sugar. Pour this mixture over the tofu and let it marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
Break the broccoli into small florets and cook for 3 minutes in lightly salted water. Prepare the jasmine rice according to the instructions on the package.
Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan or wok. Add the sliced spring onion and the remaining 3 cloves of sliced garlic, then sauté for about 30 seconds. Add the marinated tofu and broccoli, then stir-fry over high heat, shaking/stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes. If necessary, add the chili paste.
Chef's tip
If you want even crispier tofu, coat it in a little starch after marinating, before putting it in the pan.
