Preparation method
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt. Cook until tender, but make sure they still hold their shape, for about 20 minutes.
Open the octopus package. If the octopus is at room temperature, you can slice it directly into pieces about 1 cm thick. If it's cold, gently warm it over steam or grill it briefly.
Drain the potatoes and place them on a serving plate.
